Scope
Environmental
Assess and refine the environmental management strategy and rehabilitation efforts. Develop and implement an environmentally friendly framework through the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
Mine Design Review and Project Services:
- - Assessment of infrastructure requirements
- - Selection, maintenance, and replacement strategy for mining equipment
- - Benchmarking selected equipment and evaluating performance
Mineral Economics Assessment and Project Services:
- - Perform discounted cash flow analysis for mining projects.
- - Conduct a comparative valuation metrics analysis.
- Provide support and advice during negotiations with stakeholders. Prepare relevant reports for the assessments mentioned above.
